	This view is from the diametrically oposed side of the Theaterplatz.
	We can see: the Semper Opera House (right), the Cathedral (former Catholic Court Chapel - Hofkirche, left) the former Royal Palace with the imposing Hausmann Tower (center-left), the "Zwinger" (center). The Zwinger looks like a real palace in Neo-Renaissance style, but was built right from the beginning as an Art Gallery.
	All these buildings were reduced to rubble on February 13 1945, during the Allied bombing raid and the ensuing firestorm. Everything we see in this picture was rebuilt.
